Charge Pipe to Throttle Body O-Ring | BMW N54 N55 S55 | OEM 13717568031

A worn or flattened throttle body O-ring is one of the most common causes of a boost leak on a turbocharged BMW, and one of the cheapest to fix. This is a direct replacement for the O-ring that sits inside the charge pipe where it meets the throttle body on N54, N55 and S55 engines.

Over time heat cycling hardens and shrinks the original seal, which lets boost escape at the throttle body connection. The result is lost power, inconsistent boost, and in some cases a rough idle or a charge pipe that works itself loose under load. Replacing the O-ring restores a proper seal at the joint.
