Aluminium Coolant Hose Flange (Mickey mouse)

The plastic coolant hose flange on BMW's 3.0L six-cylinder engines (commonly called the "Mickey Mouse" flange for its shape) is a well documented failure point. It sits at the front of the cylinder head, and is commonly damaged whilst conducting other repairs because of how brittle these OEM parts get after many heat cycles. 

This is an aluminium replacement for that fitting. Because it isn't plastic, it doesn't get brittle with age, and it survives being disturbed during other repairs.

Important: the flange body is common across these engines, but the sealing O-ring differs - N54 uses a thicker O-ring than N51/N52/N53. Check which O-ring is supplied with this part before ordering, or send us your VIN and we'll confirm.
